So its time, like I promised, to announce the winners of my first blog contest.
The contest was announced on 1st December on my new blog Knayam in association with wordpressland.

I am unable to find the email via which you subscribed to the blog and thats why I havent sent out any mails to either of you.If you guys dint subscribe, I dont know what I should do as that means you claimed something you dint do (cheating) and I am sending notifications only to email used for subscription. Even if you subscribe now, it would mean you did it just for claiming the prize.
Any suggestions? from other participants?

I did subscribe! I get email updates every time you have a new post. I even wrote about your contest on my blog and I only do that when I subscribe to the person’s blog before entering.

By the way, I just unsubscribed and resubscribed just because I don’t understand how my email wouldn’t show up. If you don’t want to send me the prize it’s ok, but I’ve never cheated a contest I’ve entered (and I’ve entered tons if you’ve checked out my blog).

Sorry but my records show you didnt!
I took a screenshot at that time so that if some one said I did subscribe,i have a proof. I can mail you the screenshot if you want.
Also I have set my Feedburner to notify me every time someone un-subscribes, and you say that you unsubscribed but i dint recieve any such mail.
I gave out the prizes which were sponsored by myself within a day. These prizes (1st and 2nd) are someone else’s. What interest it is of me to “not give the prize” to you.
I want to give the prize but to a fair participant.
You can tell me if you want to see that screenshot.
BTW, now (that you said you have subscribed “after unsubscribing”)your email is visible in my list (now,not earlier)

It’s all good man. No big deal. I’m not going to fight over a wordpress theme lol If you decide to send me the prize then cool, if not then it’s ok. I’ll still mention you in my blog for choosing me as a winner regardless. I’ve never had this problem before, but there’s a first for everything.
